Connection with AEP-020-J is to be kept with a in-line telephone that is to be repaired upon two weeks of inactivity from AEP-020-J. AEP-020-J is to have a TV with access to all sports channels, FOX News, and all channels relating to guns, fireworks, and barbecue.
Description: AEP-020-J is a sapient bipedal humanoid covered almost entirely in wrapped boxes of common commercial cigarettes. AEP-020-J hides his face with a skeleton mask and hides his eyes with sunglasses, and wears a hat made from cigarette boxes. AEP-020-J is reported to have the voice of a man of Southern American descent, and acts in a very vulgar and rambunctious manner.
AEP-020-J's anomalous properties manifest when a living creature enters within 20ft of them. Any creature that enters a 20ft range of AEP-020-J will instantaneously contract all common forms of cancer and their flesh will begin to rapidly grow, causing twisted mutations. Fatality time within AEP-020-J's field is calculated to be 13 seconds. Any physical contact made with boxes of cigarettes retrieved by bots have resulted in instantaneous termination by cancer. AEP-020-J seems to be immune to the effects of his own field. Interviews with AEP-020-J have revealed that AEP-020-J has a negative outlook on any "bitch that's weak enough to die to a pack of good ol' smokes."
When AEP-020-J was recovered, he was found with a shotgun and three kegs of whiskey. When further questioned about these objects, he stated "It's my american right to drink all the liquor I want!" Liquor has been blacklisted from AEP-020-J's request allowances.

Value assessment: AEP-020-J has proven to make a good male role model and father figure for effeminate members of personnel at Site-███. Also, AEP-020-J has spoken of incredible skill at barbecuing meat. Consideration has been made to allow AEP-020-J to console staff members from their enclosure.
