Item ID: AEP-112
Enclosure Designation: Oriens
Threat Classification: CHEM-2
Adaptive Enclosure Protocols: AEP-112 is currently stored at Site-87 Oriens Locker Wing. Experimentation of AEP-112 is to be approved by a Division-2 Personnel.
Description: AEP-112 is a hallucinatory drug stored in a 350 ml cylindrical container. It possessed a bluish coloration and was discovered in a liquified form. AEP-112 is composed of susbtance typically found in amphetamine and [REDACTED]. Subjects under the influence of AEP-112 exhibited extreme violent behavior and a lessened sense of self-preservation. This was seen with a Class-O Personnel administered with a small dosage of AEP-112 attacking a fully armed guard unceremoniously.
When the Class-O personnel was restrained for a follow-up study, the subject was constantly repeating words about a non-existent battle that took place sometime in the 16th century. Other Class-O subjects administered with the drug also described the fictitious battle in their frenzy before the effects of AEP-112 subsided an hour later.
Class-O personnel subjected to questioning could not recall the events while under the influence of AEP-112.
Addendum: The existence of AEP-112 was discovered when Association webcrawlers intercepted an information sent by an operative of the CIA's Special Activities Division in the USAF military cyber network pertaining to its existence. AEP-112 was possessed by an insurgent faction, 'Sword of Khaled', and was scheduled to be weaponized in an effort to liberate a small village in [REDACTED], Syria. The insurgent faction in question was allegedly involved with the anomalous community, which prompted the Association to grant it a GOI classification and number, but it was classified as a low-threat Group-of-Interest.
Mobile Containment Teams-439 and -728 were deployed in a warehouse where AEP-112 was contained. The information of the location of the warehouse was divulged by an "informant" through enhanced interrogation methods. After the retrieval of AEP-112 and the detainment of multiple Persons-of-Interests who belonged to the group, it was discovered that AEP-112 was a part of a "psycho-chemical" warfare to be waged against the coalition of US and Syrian forces in [REDACTED].
Value Assessment: AEP-112 was proposed to be weaponized against hostile GOIs in future combat operations to attain a positive outcome. N/A
AEP-112 is too dangerous to be utilized. For the sake of the Association and the humanity as a whole, proposals to use AEP-112 are to be denied automatically. -Senior Agent B[REDACTED] P[REDACTED]
