AEP-969-J 'LIGMA' Virus

Item ID: AEP-969-J

Enclosure Designation: Noctis

Threat Classification: MEM-05

Adaptive Enclosure Protocols: AEP-969-J is currently contained inside of a BH-11V Biohazard Enclosure Cell. No personnel are to enter AEP-969-J's enclosure at any time, due to the high risk of infection. Any instances of AEP-969-J-infected victims are to be acquired immediately and terminated by A.R.T. Taipei-II, fully suited with Biohazard suits.

After a report of AEP-969-J infecting certain online celebrities, Taipei-II activated the JUSA-V1 protocol and investigated the house of Tyler ██████. The JUSA-V1 protocol is to be activated immediately by Taipei-II after any report of AEP-969-J is intercepted. (See Addendum ████BLEVINS[1.6]).

Description: AEP-969-J is colloquially known as 'LIGMA' by online internet users, after Agent ██████ ████ administered a Grade-B amnestic incorrectly. The individual posted several comments on 'Social Media' before being raided by ART Taipei-III and re-amnesticized. Agent ████ was reprimanded by the Regional Administration.

Procedure KEK-4V was enabled and activated on ██/██/████, after the initial information breach. Several Association personnel, posing as other well-known avatars, activated KEK-4V as a means of controlling the knowledge of AEP-969-J. Several online servers have been converted to Sentient-Bot hubs to respond to the majority of "ligma" comments with "ligma balls". Several other false responses are currently being developed by Dr. ██████, in the Tech department.
